Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Twaura, we take utmost care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We do not accept any returns once the order has been delivered. All sales are final.

2. Replacements (in case of damage)

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement subject to the following conditions:

• You must share a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
• The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, 360° view of the package, and the entire unboxing process.
• The video should be continuous, with no cuts, pauses, or trims.
• Without a proper unboxing video, we will be unable to process any replacement requests.

Once verified by our team, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are provided in case of verified product damage during delivery.
